The DT Collective

Hello! I’m Danielle Thornton, the founder of The DT Collective.

I wanted to create a service where people can go to for both professional and personal organisation and support.

As an Event Management graduate with over 12 years experience in the industry, organisation and efficiency are at the heart of everything I do - both professionally and at home.

My journey into Virtual Assistance began whilst working as a Personal Assistant remotely to two business coaches. I quickly saw the growing list of tasks that needed their attention - tasks that were essential to business growth but didn’t warrant a full-time hire. Speaking to these coaches, they would often suggest their clients could benefit from some extra support too. It made me realise how valuable time is to business owners, and how offering services to clients on an ad-hoc, or retainer basis, can buy them time….and ultimately that time frees up space for you to work ON your business, and not just IN it.

The Home Organisation element comes into The DT Collective as a mum to two young girls, I know first-hand how overwhelming it can be to stay on top of the never ending ‘to do’ list and the feeling of overwhelm when this list doesn't end. My passion for home organising is fuelled by them both, knowing that having things in order, will make my life easier, as well as theirs.

My PA work, combined with my passion for home organisation sparked the creation of The DT Collective - a collaborative service offering both the business support, and the home support for solo business owners, companies, and families.

I’m here to provide smart, flexible support for busy professionals and households - taking care of the smaller things, so you can focus on the bigger picture. Ultimately my goal is for you to be able to:

Reclaim your time, provide order and enhance productivity.
